Welcome, I’m Elyse, here to guide you along your own healing journey. This work is deeply personal to me—its my lifeline, and I come to this work not as expert, but empathetically as one who has walked, step by painful step, through grief, physical illness, trauma and disconnection. Yet, within me, there was a longing for and an awakening to a place of knowing what it is to be more fully whole, and being connected to something much greater.
I emerged by weaving practices that nourished my body and spirit. Now, it is a sacred honour to hold space for others to do the same. With compassion, presence, and deep listening, I walk alongside you as you rediscover the innate healing wisdom — the part of you that already knows how to find your way back home.
Somatic Therapy

Craniosacral Therapy
A quiet, intuitive touch that listens deeply — craniosacral therapy invites the nervous system to unwind, the body to realign, and the soul to soften into stillness.
Yoga Classes
Join a group class and reconnect with your body through Restorative Yin, Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, and Somatic Awareness. These breath-led, trauma-informed sessions offer space to soften, strengthen, and come home to yourself.
Breathwork & Meditation
With each inhale, there is grounding, returning home to spirit within. And in each exhale, a soft release, a gentle letting go of pain, suffering.
